    Guacamole

    2 Haas Avocados
    For the following it is quantity to taste preference (I never measure anything):
    Onion, diced
    Tomato, diced
    Pepper (chili, jalapeno, bell, etc. - depending on heat/spicy preference)
    Salt
    Cilantro
    *Lime or lemon juice

    Slice avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl—mash. Add diced onion and pepper, salt, cilantro, and juice—mix. Finally, add diced tomato and mix again.

    *Lime juice is more traditional, though lemon can be substituted. This acts as a preservative to prevent oxidation as well as a flavor enhancer.
