    Fun Fruit Salad

    Ingredients:

    96oz. tropical fruit salad, drained (6 cans of Dole is good)
    One large box of vanilla pudding(not Instant)
    1.5 cups pineapple juice
    Fresh fruit (if you have time)

    Directions:

    Drain fruit & put in a large bowl. Mix dry pudding with pineapple juice and heat over medium heat on the stove. When it looks like a glaze, pour it over fruit & mix. Then refrigerate for about an hour. Lastly, add fresh fruit (if desired) when you serve.

    Fresh Fruit Suggestions: Grapes, apples, orange slices, strawberries, kiwi, or bananas.
    I usually make this for a parties, potlucks, or my women's study.
