Turkey Sandwich with Pesto
Ingredients:
Ciabatta or Foccacia rolls, cut in half (or other crusty roll)
Mayonnaise
Pesto (I purchase prepared pesto)
Turkey
Brie (or other yummy cheese)
Directions:
Spread bread generously with mayo and pesto. Many, many layers of turkey on one side and cheese on the other. Broil open faced until cheese melts. Serve warm
