Cook salmon in a hot skillet, in butter, turning several times. When it's almost done, sprinkle quite a little bit of brown sugar on top, don't turn it again. Spoon butter in the skillet over the brown sugared salmon, but not too much or it will all run off. If it does, just spoon it back on. Add garlic salt over the top and serve. Grilling onions alongside of it is an option too.
You want veggies to go with that?
Yellow crook neck squash
Carrots
Tomatoes
Use larger grate side of grater on yellow crook neck squash. Grate carrots also and mix. Butter skillet and stir in mixture. Add cut-up tomatoes (no seeds) and garlic salt as you stir fry the veggies. Toss until browned a little. If more butter needed, add so it won't scorch. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top, if desired, and basil. Enjoy!
