    Breakfast Muffin

    Ingredients:

    English Muffin
    2 eggs, scrambled
    1 slice of American Cheese
    2 slices of bacon

    Method:

    Toast the muffin. Scramble the eggs and then place the slice of cheese on top of eggs before removing from pan. Let the cheese melt a little. Scoop up the eggs and cheese and place onto bottom piece of EM, throw on the sizzling bacon, put other half of EM on top and enjoy! You may butter the muffin or add catchup.
