    Australian Tangy Beef Balls

    500gms beef mince
    1 tsp. curry powder
    3 tbs. sweet chili sauce
    juice of one lemon
    one grated carrot
    garlic


    Place all ingredients in a large bowl and combine. Roll into patties and fry in a non stick frying pan until crunchy. Or bake in a med oven, on oven paper, for approx 30 minutes (this is a healthier option).

    OPTIONAL:
    Serve with jasmine rice and asian vegetables.
